Al SanderAl received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1982 from the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas. In 1991 he completed a 2 year program in manual physical therapy while studying under Ola Grimsby, a Norwegian Master Therapist. Al began his career in Denver Colorado, working at the St. Francis Hospital for 2 years and an outpatient orthopedic clinic for 1 year. He moved to Dallas, Texas in 1985 and went to work for Kaiser Permanente until 1988, when he went to work for a private clinic in Richardson. In 1991, he started working for the North Central Medical Center at the Westpark Campus in McKinney, Texas, where he worked for the next 13 years. He was recruited in 2004 to start Leader Therapy and continues to lead the physical therapy staff there.
